Omnia Holdings Limited, established in 1953 and headquartered in Bryanston, South Africa, is a global supplier of specialized chemical products and services. The company caters to the agriculture, mining, and broader chemical application sectors, with a significant presence in South Africa, North America, Australia, Brazil, China, and other international territories. Its Agricultural division is a key producer and distributor of granular, liquid, and specialized fertilizer solutions, serving a wide spectrum of clients from commercial and small-scale farmers to co-operatives and corporate entities. This segment also manufactures and trades in bio-stimulants, including humates, fulvates, and kelp extracts, alongside trace elements and plant health products designed to improve crop vitality, productivity, and soil health. The Mining division specializes in explosive materials, providing bulk emulsion and blended bulk explosives for opencast operations. Furthermore, this division manufactures packaged explosives tailored for underground mining and specific surface blasting requirements. Completing its portfolio, the Chemicals division is responsible for the manufacturing and distribution of an array of specialty, functional, and effect chemicals, as well as polymers. This division also extends technical support for potable water treatment processes.
