Description

This fund generally commits a minimum of 80% of its net portfolio value (including funds obtained through borrowing for investment) to equity holdings of small-capitalization enterprises. The management team considers a company 'small' if its market capitalization is currently at or below the spectrum of firms included in the Russell 2000® Index or the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. Additionally, a company might qualify if its market capitalization is below the average of the highest market caps within either index over the past three years, specifically measured on December 31st of each of those preceding years.
