Description

This fund aims to achieve its investment objectives by committing a minimum of 80% of its net assets (which includes any funds obtained through borrowing) to Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) overseen by BlackRock Fund Advisors, LLC (referred to as 'BlackRock underlying funds'). Furthermore, at least 80% of the fund's net assets must specifically target those BlackRock underlying funds that primarily allocate capital to equity securities, covering both U.S. and international markets, across all company sizes.
