Typically, this fund pledges a minimum of 80% of its net assets, along with any capital obtained through borrowing, to Fidelity-sponsored investment products. These include Fidelity mutual funds and Fidelity exchange-traded funds, collectively known as "Fidelity underlying funds." Each of these underlying Fidelity vehicles, in turn, predominantly allocates its resources to U.S. stock market securities representing diverse company sizes.
