Description

The fund aims to achieve its investment objective by allocating more than 80% of its total assets, including any borrowed capital, to mutual funds and exchange-traded funds overseen by MFS. The remaining portion of the fund's net assets will be directed towards additional MFS-managed funds or other mutual funds and ETFs managed by external investment managers, typically under ordinary market conditions.
