This investment vehicle's primary objective is to achieve long-term capital appreciation. It accomplishes this by strategically allocating its holdings across a variety of American Funds, utilizing diverse combinations and weightings. A substantial portion of these underlying American Funds will predominantly be focused on growth strategies. As a result, the portfolio will gain significant indirect exposure to common stocks of companies exhibiting strong growth characteristics. Typically, the fund will also maintain considerable exposure to entities based outside the United States. Furthermore, it aims to dedicate a minimum of 25% of its net assets to underlying funds that, under normal market conditions, commit at least 40% of their own investments to internationally domiciled issuers.
