The Polen Global Growth Fund maintains a concentrated portfolio, typically holding between 25 and 40 common stocks. It targets large-capitalization companies, defined as those with market valuations exceeding $5 billion at the time of acquisition. These companies are situated across the globe, spanning both developed and emerging markets. The fund's investments will be spread across a minimum of three distinct countries. Generally, at least 40% of its net assets are allocated to non-U.S. equity securities; however, this minimum may be reduced to 30% should market conditions prove less favorable.
