This fund allocates a minimum of 80% of its total investable capital (including any borrowed funds) to equity securities that are components of the MSCI EAFE Index Net. It achieves this by employing a direct replication strategy, aiming to invest nearly all of its holdings in every stock represented in the index, maintaining each stock's relative weighting. The MSCI EAFE Index serves as a benchmark for the performance of large and medium-sized companies in developed economies around the world, with the notable exception of the United States and Canada.
