This fund, the T. Rowe Price QM U.S. Small-Cap Growth Equity Fund, is designed to primarily invest in the stock of fast-growing, smaller American companies. It dedicates a minimum of 80% of its net assets (inclusive of any borrowed capital used for investing) to these types of equity holdings. While its portfolio largely focuses on U.S. domestic stocks, the fund also has the option to allocate up to 10% of its total assets to international equities, which may include companies from developing markets.
