This Invesco ETF aims to replicate the total return performance, after expenses, of the FTSE RAFI US 1000 Index. It issues dividend payments to investors on a quarterly basis. The underlying benchmark, the FTSE RAFI US 1000 Index, deviates from conventional market capitalization-weighted index methodologies. Instead, it assigns component weightings based on core financial indicators of company size. These foundational metrics comprise the five-year average of a company's sales and cash flow, its book value at the point of review, and the aggregated dividends distributed over the prior five years. The fund achieves its goal by employing full physical replication; it endeavors to acquire and retain, as far as practically possible, all securities of the index in their exact proportions. The portfolio is adjusted to reflect changes whenever the index undergoes its own rebalancing. This is a passively managed investment designed to track an index, and an investment here constitutes purchasing units in the fund itself, not direct ownership of its underlying assets.
