Description

The Performance Trust Municipal Bond Fund primarily dedicates its assets, with at least 80% of its capital, to high-grade municipal debt. These investments are specifically chosen for their ability to provide interest earnings that are not subject to regular federal income tax. The fund maintains the flexibility to allocate up to 20% of its portfolio to municipal bonds that are rated below investment grade. Additionally, a similar proportion—up to 20%—may be invested in securities that generate income taxable at the federal level. The fund also has the option to commit up to one-fifth of its net assets to other collective investment vehicles, such as closed-end funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
