The fund's central goal is to generate substantial overall returns over an extended period. Its primary method for reaching this aim is by allocating capital mainly to a diversified array of common shares from small-capitalization (small-cap) businesses. A significant portion of these equity investments will be in U.S.-based small-cap companies. Although common stocks form the backbone of its holdings, the fund retains the option to diversify into equity instruments of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), convertible debt, and obligations issued by the U.S. government. To mitigate potential downside, the Adviser employs a dynamic and strategic approach when determining the fund's cash allocation.
