This Fund aims to generate investor returns, encompassing both capital appreciation and income, by closely tracking the performance of the MSCI USA High Dividend Yield ESG Reduced Carbon Target Select Index. A significant change occurred on June 1, 2022, when the fund's benchmark transitioned from the MSCI USA High Dividend Yield Index to the new MSCI USA High Dividend Yield ESG Reduced Carbon Target Select Index. This updated index will be reflected in all subsequent benchmark reporting.
