Description

The fund principally directs its investments towards the common stock of smaller American enterprises. Its investment adviser adopts a small-capitalization growth methodology, primarily selecting portfolio companies from those featured in the Russell 2000® Growth Index. At least 80% of the fund's net assets, supplemented by any borrowed capital for investment, will be allocated to small company securities. The fund manager considers a small company to be of a comparable size to the constituents of the Russell 2000® Growth Index.
