This fund aims to generate significant wealth over the long term, all while actively working to reduce potential losses during market downturns. It achieves this through a two-pronged investment approach: purchasing stocks of companies that RiverPark believes are poised for exceptional growth, and simultaneously betting against (short-selling) shares of businesses the Adviser identifies as having long-term competitive disadvantages. While the portfolio primarily focuses on U.S.-based companies, it does have the flexibility to invest internationally, with a strict limit of no more than 15% of its total assets allocated to foreign issuers.
