The Lazard US Equity Concentrated Portfolio is primarily designed to acquire common stock in American companies. While it has the latitude to invest in firms across the entire spectrum of market capitalizations, its concentrated holdings typically consist of 15 to 35 enterprises, generally favoring those with market valuations exceeding $350 million. The portfolio's main objective is to achieve returns superior to prominent market benchmarks, such as the S&P 500®, Russell 1000®, and Russell 3000® Indices. Under regular operating conditions, a minimum of 80% of its capital is allocated to equity investments in U.S.-based companies. This fund is characterized as non-diversified.
