This fund seeks to achieve substantial capital appreciation over the long term, primarily by investing in the common shares of well-established companies based outside the United States. Its strategy involves broad diversification across global markets, spanning both developed and emerging economies, with a commitment to hold investments in at least five different countries. Although it has the flexibility to acquire stakes in companies of varying sizes, the investment team typically concentrates on larger enterprises. Furthermore, a minimum of 80% of the fund's net assets, including any capital acquired through borrowing for investment purposes, will consistently be allocated to equity securities.
