Description

The fund's advisor employs a blend of proprietary and third-party investment strategies. These strategies are designed to identify and capitalize on anticipated price movements across various global markets, including fixed income, currencies, commodities, and equities. A primary investment objective is to allocate at least 80% of its net assets, plus any capital acquired through borrowing for investment purposes, into "managed futures." The fund also has the flexibility to invest up to 25% of its total assets in municipal securities. Furthermore, it may allocate up to 25% of its overall assets to a wholly-owned and controlled subsidiary established in the Cayman Islands, with this specific allocation measured at the close of every quarter of its taxable year.
