The WisdomTree Brent Crude Oil 1x Daily Short is a comprehensively collateralized Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC) structured to give investors inverse (short) exposure to Brent Crude Oil. Its total return is determined by the daily performance of the Bloomberg Brent Crude Oil SL Excess Return Index (BCOSLER), specifically delivering -1 times that daily movement, alongside any interest income, after accounting for product-related fees and expenses. For instance, if the Bloomberg Brent Crude Oil SL Excess Return Index increases by 1% in a single day, the ETC will decrease by 1%, prior to fees. Conversely, should the index fall by 1% over the same day, the ETC's value will rise by 1%, before fees are applied.
