This Exchange Traded Product (ETP) from WisdomTree is a fully collateralized, UCITS-compliant investment vehicle. It is designed to offer investors a magnified (3x leveraged) daily bearish position against the British Pound (GBP) when compared to the US Dollar (USD). Its performance is linked to the MSFXSM Triple Short British Pound Total Return Index (MSCEGBUS). The ETP aims to deliver a total daily return equivalent to three times the inverse daily movement of the GBP/USD exchange rate via FX forward contracts. This return also incorporates any generated interest revenue, net of the product's ongoing fees and expenses. Consequently, if the British Pound strengthens by 1% against the US Dollar on a given day, the ETP would typically experience a 3% decline (before fees). Conversely, a 1% depreciation of the GBP versus the USD over the same period would generally result in a 3% gain for the ETP (prior to fees).
