Description

The Sprott Gold Equity Investor fund aims to achieve its financial objectives by primarily concentrating its holdings in gold-related assets. Under typical market conditions, the fund dedicates at least 80% of its net capital, alongside any borrowed funds utilized for investment, to equity securities of companies located worldwide. These companies, operating in both well-established and developing markets, are predominantly involved in the extraction or processing of gold. Furthermore, the fund has the discretion to invest in physical gold bullion and other valuable metals like silver and platinum. Nevertheless, direct allocations to gold bullion and other precious metals are limited to a maximum of 20% of the fund's total assets. This fund is classified as non-diversified.
