The portfolio is primarily composed of common shares from businesses representing a broad cross-section of the global economy and spanning a diverse range of market capitalizations, including large, mid, and small-cap firms. Generally, 30% to 50% of the fund's net assets will be allocated to non-U.S. issuers, with a commitment to maintaining no less than 30% in international securities under normal market conditions.
