The fund's primary objective is to achieve substantial long-term capital growth. It typically commits a minimum of 80% of its total assets, including any borrowed funds for investment, to equity securities issued by companies involved in technology and related industries, encompassing both U.S. and international firms. Moreover, at least 40% of these assets are directed towards non-U.S. companies, characterized by their principal operations or headquarters being outside the United States, their securities trading on foreign exchanges, or their incorporation under non-U.S. laws.
