This fund's objective is to deliver significant long-term growth for invested capital alongside a consistent stream of income. Under typical market conditions, at least 80% of its total assets, including any funds obtained through borrowing for investment, will be channeled into equity securities of companies characterized by small to medium market capitalizations. Its portfolio will predominantly consist of common stocks issued by U.S.-based companies. While the primary emphasis remains on small and mid-sized corporations, the fund maintains the discretion to invest in businesses across the full range of market capitalizations, encompassing even large-cap enterprises.
