This fund primarily allocates at least 80% of its total assets, under typical market conditions, to large-capitalization equity securities. Its investments predominantly target companies with market valuations exceeding $5 billion at the time of acquisition. The portfolio generally maintains a focused selection of 25 to 45 companies, with cash and equivalent instruments projected to represent less than 10% of its net assets. Additionally, up to 35% of its holdings may be committed to foreign issuers, either through ordinary shares or via depositary receipts such as American Depositary Receipts (ADRs).
