Description

This fund dedicates a minimum of 80% of its net investment capital to shares of companies considered international. For a company to qualify as international, it must meet at least one of these criteria: either half or more of its assets are located beyond U.S. borders; or at least half of its revenue is earned from non-U.S. markets; or its primary place of business or legal incorporation is outside the United States.
