Under typical market conditions, this fund commits at least 80% of its total assets (including any capital obtained through borrowing for investment purposes) to businesses with smaller market valuations. Its main approach to investing is by purchasing shares of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). These underlying ETFs, in turn, concentrate their investments in the common stocks of small-capitalization companies that are publicly traded on stock exchanges within the United States or internationally, with a particular focus on those found in developing economies.
