Description

The primary objective of this investment fund is to achieve capital appreciation. Under typical market conditions, it predominantly allocates its assets to equity securities. Specifically, the fund generally commits at least 80% of its portfolio to shares of mid-capitalization companies based in the United States. While focusing on mid-caps, it also retains the discretion to invest in micro-cap, small-cap, or large-cap equity instruments when the Sub-Adviser identifies promising opportunities for capital growth. The types of securities it may hold include both common and preferred stocks, in addition to over-the-counter securities.
