This fund primarily seeks exposure to the common shares of companies based both domestically in the U.S. and in international markets. Typically, it commits a minimum of 80% of its total assets to equity or equity-linked investments. This broad classification includes publicly traded and over-the-counter (OTC) common and preferred stocks, warrants, rights, securities that are convertible into common shares, stakes in other investment companies, and shares of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
