Description

This fund generally dedicates a substantial portion—at least 80%—of its available investment capital to stocks and other equity-linked investments issued by companies classified as mid-capitalization. The sub-adviser defines these mid-cap companies as firms whose market value falls within the spectrum of those represented in the Russell Midcap Index at the point of acquisition. Primarily, the portfolio's assets will be concentrated in U.S. equities and related securities, with the flexibility to allocate up to 25% of its total holdings to Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
