Description

The fund's primary strategy is to invest in real estate-related securities to achieve its investment goals. Typically, at least 80% of its deployable assets are allocated to equity and equity-linked instruments of real estate sector companies, predominantly Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), alongside other real estate-focused investments. The portfolio is composed of roughly 30 to 50 holdings, chosen by portfolio managers with strong conviction to pursue capital growth and/or generate income.
