Under typical circumstances, this fund dedicates a minimum of 80% of its net assets (including any borrowed capital used for investment purposes) to equity holdings of substantial corporations. For this fund's investment criteria, a "large company" is characterized by a market capitalization that falls within the range of companies comprising the Russell 1000 Index at the specific moment of purchase.
