Under typical market conditions, the fund's manager aims to commit a minimum of 80% of its assets, assessed at the time of purchase, to equity securities of companies found within the S&P 500® Index. This allocation also incorporates financial derivatives, such as futures and options, designed to provide similar exposure to the stocks of these index constituents. The various holdings within the portfolio are deliberately weighted to ensure its aggregate investment characteristics closely reflect those of the broader S&P 500 Index.
