Description

This passively managed sub-fund endeavors to duplicate the capital growth and income generated by its benchmark, the Bloomberg US Government 10+ Year Inflation-Linked Bond Index, before fees and currency-hedged to British Pounds. The underlying index is comprised of all existing US Treasury Inflation Protected Securities (TIPS) which possess a remaining term to maturity of at least a decade. Notably, the index computation does not account for TIPS quantities held in the Federal Reserve's System Open Market (SOMA) Account. Securities are selected for inclusion based on their maturity period, issuance volume, and bond classification.
