This Invesco ETF endeavors to deliver the overall return performance of the Bloomberg U.S. Treasury 3-7 Year Index, net of its operational costs. Dividends are distributed to investors on a quarterly basis. To mitigate exposure to currency fluctuations between the US Dollar and the Euro, the EUR Hedged share class engages in foreign exchange transactions. The Reference Index tracks the performance of fixed-rate, nominal debt instruments denominated in US dollars, issued by the United States Treasury, with maturities ranging from three to seven years. It specifically excludes inflation-linked bonds, floating-rate bonds, STRIP bonds (where principal and interest payments are sold as separate securities), and Treasury bills. This index undergoes monthly rebalancing. The fund's portfolio managers achieve their objective through a sampling strategy, utilizing sophisticated modeling tools to acquire and hold a representative subset of the index securities. This method aims to closely mirror the index's performance while minimizing the transaction costs typically associated with full replication. As a passively managed, index-tracking fund, an investment here signifies the purchase of fund units rather than direct ownership of the underlying assets.
