The fund's primary aim is to generate substantial long-term capital growth. This is achieved by strategically acquiring equity-based securities, including common shares and convertible debt instruments, specifically targeting smaller, financially robust companies that are believed by the Adviser to be trading below their intrinsic value. A core strategy involves allocating a minimum of 80% of its net assets (inclusive of any capital borrowed for investment purposes) to securities issued by companies categorized as small-cap.
