This fund is designed to generate a consistent stream of income that exceeds the typical yield from U.S. stocks, with long-term capital growth being a secondary objective. It achieves these goals by diversifying its investments across a wide range of income-generating securities, primarily corporate stocks and fixed-income instruments. Under normal market conditions, the fund commits a minimum of 80% of its portfolio to income-producing assets, and at least 50% of its holdings are allocated to common shares.
