The Nuveen Lifecycle Index 2025 Fund R6 operates as an umbrella fund, primarily allocating its capital to Class W shares of other investment funds within the same Trust structure. It also retains the flexibility to invest in additional collective investment schemes or products. A fundamental policy dictates that at least 80% of its total assets (including any funds borrowed for investment purposes) must be channeled into underlying funds that are strategically managed to mirror the returns of specific market benchmarks. Currently, the advisors anticipate that approximately 53.20% of the fund's holdings will be in equity-oriented underlying funds, with the remaining 46.80% allocated to fixed-income-focused underlying funds.
