Description

This fund aims to achieve long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, it will invest a minimum of 80% of its total assets in the common stocks of U.S.-listed companies with medium market capitalizations. For this fund, a medium capitalization company is defined as one whose market capitalization falls within the range of companies included in the Russell Midcap® Index at the time of its acquisition. The market capitalization range of the Russell Midcap® Index itself is subject to change in response to evolving market conditions.
