Description

The fund primarily allocates its capital, dedicating a minimum of 80% of its total net assets (plus any leveraged funds), to common and preferred equity shares of U.S. mid-capitalization companies. For clarification, the subadviser defines "mid-capitalization companies" as those entities whose market value, at the moment of acquisition, falls within the range of firms represented in the Russell Midcap® Growth Index.
