At least 80% of this fund's total net assets, including any funds obtained through borrowing, are dedicated to investing in shares of U.S. companies with small to medium market capitalizations. The fund's manager primarily seeks to acquire common stock. For definitional purposes, small- and mid-cap companies are considered those whose market capitalization, at the time of acquisition, aligns with the scope of the Russell 2500® Index.
