The Invesco US Treasury Bond 3-7 Year UCITS ETF Dist aims to replicate the total return performance of the Bloomberg U.S. Treasury 3-7 Year Index, net of expenses. Income is distributed by the fund on a quarterly basis. The Reference Index gauges the performance of U.S. Treasury debt instruments denominated in US dollars, featuring fixed rates and maturities between three and seven years. It specifically excludes inflation-linked bonds, floating-rate bonds, STRIP bonds (where principal and coupon payments are unbundled and sold separately), and Treasury bills. The index undergoes rebalancing monthly. Fund managers pursue the objective by utilizing sophisticated portfolio modeling techniques to acquire and hold a subset of the index securities that adequately represents the characteristics of the full index. This sampling methodology seeks to closely match the index's performance while reducing the operational costs inherent in full replication. This ETF is passively managed. An investment in this fund constitutes an acquisition of units in a passively managed, index-tracking fund, rather than a direct ownership of the underlying assets it holds.
