The fund aims to achieve its goals by acquiring equity instruments, including common shares and convertible bonds, of financially robust smaller companies. These investments are made when the Adviser determines they are trading below their inherent value. A substantial portion of the fund, specifically a minimum of 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowed capital for investment), will be allocated to the securities of these small-cap enterprises. The portfolio has the flexibility to include both domestic and international holdings.
