The AMG GW&K Emerging Wealth Equity Fund Class N aims to achieve its investment objective by primarily investing in the shares of companies. These businesses are identified by their substantial engagement with, and generation of income or profits from, emerging market economies. Importantly, these companies may be based in either established developed nations or within the emerging markets themselves. Ordinarily, the fund commits at least 80% of its total net assets, including any borrowed capital utilized for investment, to equity holdings such as common and preferred stocks.
