WisdomTree Gasoline is an Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC), fully backed by assets and compliant with UCITS regulations. This product aims to provide investors with complete exposure to the returns generated by gasoline futures contracts. Its core objective is to replicate the performance of the Bloomberg Commodity Unleaded Gasoline Subindex 4W Total Return Index (BCOMRB4T). It achieves this by tracking the Bloomberg Unleaded Gasoline Sub Excess Return Index and adding the interest income it earns, after subtracting its operational fees and costs. In practical terms, the ETC is designed to mirror the daily percentage changes of its benchmark index. For example, if the Bloomberg Commodity Unleaded Gasoline Subindex 4W Total Return Index experiences a 1% rise or fall over a day, the ETC's value is expected to show a corresponding 1% increase or decrease, before accounting for any associated charges.
