Typically, this fund commits at least 80% of its holdings to stocks of medium-sized companies. The market capitalization of these companies, at the point of investment, will be within the range defined by the Russell MidCap® Value Index. Furthermore, the fund has the discretion to allocate some capital to equity securities of foreign firms that are listed and traded within the United States, including instruments like American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs).
