This fund strategically invests its capital across a blend of equity instruments, debt securities, and short-term cash holdings. A minimum of 50% of its net assets are allocated to common or preferred shares, or convertible securities, irrespective of whether they pay dividends. The substantial remainder of the fund's holdings is primarily directed toward U.S. government bonds, investment-grade debt (specifically those rated between AAA and BBB at acquisition), other fixed income products, or highly liquid cash equivalents.
