Under normal operating conditions, this fund dedicates a minimum of 80% of its total capital to stock investments in medium-sized enterprises. For the purpose of this rule, "assets" refers to the fund's net worth combined with any funds borrowed for investment activities. Medium-sized companies are defined as those whose market capitalization aligns with the constituents of the Russell Midcap® Index at the time the shares are purchased.
