This Fund adopts a passive, index-tracking investment strategy, endeavoring to mirror the performance of the Standard and Poor's 500 Index by directly holding its constituent shares. The S&P 500 itself represents a collection of large-capitalization U.S. company stocks. To achieve this, the Fund primarily invests in nearly all the securities within the Index, mirroring their proportions. Should full replication prove unfeasible, a sampling method will be utilized. While the Fund generally maintains a fully invested position, it reserves the right to temporarily diverge from this policy in extraordinary market, political, or comparable circumstances to mitigate potential losses.
