This fund is designed to typically invest a minimum of 80% of its total assets in the stock of smaller companies. It primarily concentrates its portfolio on a broad range of equity investments, including common shares, issued by U.S.-based small-capitalization growth businesses that are projected to exhibit robust expansion qualities. For the purpose of this fund's strategy, a small-cap company is defined as one whose market value, at the point of initial investment, does not exceed that of the largest firm included in the Russell 2000® Index.
